Founder — 35+ Years Training Indigenous Church Leaders in Africa & Asia
FOAMTI grew out of Dr. Munson's decades of experience training indigenous church leaders. Between his years living in Ethiopia (2008–2013) and extensive work across Africa and Asia, he developed a conviction that well-trained national missionaries are the most effective way to reach the unreached.
FOAMTI partners with churches, denominations, and sending organizations who provide the practical training component — because ministry is built upon relationship.
